The table for Partner Adjustments comprises the following fields:

  • Airline1: The IATA code for one airline in the partnership.
  • Airline2: The IATA code for the other airline in the partnership. For any given partnership, each airline pair needs to be entered only once, regardless of the order.
  • Scope: Adjustments can be made at different levels:
    • Systemwide: Indicated by “System” or “Network“, or left blank, this applies a general adjustment across all operations of the listed airline pair.
    • Airport Level: Defined by the IATA code for the specific airport, targeting adjustments for trips originating or ending there.
    • O&D Market Level: Specified by a combination of origin and destination airport IATA codes, which can be hyphenated (e.g., JFK-HNL) for clarity.
  • Local_Factor: This factor adjusts the Quality of Service Index (QSI) score for non-stop flights. Values range from 0.0 to 1.0, where 1.0 equals the quality of a direct online service.
  • Connect_Factor: This adjusts the QSI score for all connections, whether single or double.
  • Partner_Type: A textual description of the partnership type, intended to clarify the underlying assumption for users.
  • Notes: A space for any additional user notes regarding the adjustments.
