Fligence Planning Summary Reports

After running a network planning scenario, you can access a range of comprehensive reports through the “Model Output Menu”. These reports provide detailed insights into various aspects of your network planning results. Please note that some reports are for .

Summary Reports

1. Flight Summary: This report offers a comprehensive overview of demand, seat factor, revenue and profit for each flight segment. The table is organized by Operating Airline (AL), Origin Airport (ORG), Destination Airport (DST), Flight Number (FLIGHT), Operating Days (OPT_DAYS) and Aircraft Type (AIRCRAFT). When the Host Airline Report Only checkbox on the Scenario panel is selected, the table output is filtered to display data for the host airline exclusively.
2. Segment Summary: This report provides a summary aggregation at the segment level. It enables you to distinguish segment performance, identify traffic sources from local and connecting markets, and view average seat factors and profit for each segment. The table is sorted by Operating Airline (AL), Origin Airport (ORG), and Destination Airport (DST). When the Host Airline Report Only checkbox is selected, the table output is limited to the host airline’s data.
3. O&D Summary: This report offers an aggregated forecast by the true Origin and Destination market. It breaks down passengers and revenue into various categories, including local, online single, online double, interline, codeshare local, and codeshare connect. The table is ordered by total passenger numbers in descending order. When the Host Airline Report Only checkbox is selected, the output is limited to the markets served by the host airline, but volume and revenue numbers include competitors’ results.
4. Market Share: This reports provides comparative insights, pitting the host airline’s performance against its competitors. It is ordered by O&D market based on total market demand and QSI score of the itinerary defined by marketing airlines, operating airlines, route and service type. When the Host Airline Report Only checkbox is selected, the output is limited to markets served by the host airline, but it includes competitors’ results.
5. Flow Summary: In this report, you can get detailed insights into the different types of traffic contribution for each segment. This table includes both segment origin and destination data as well as true origin and destination information. It is sorted by the segment size and the O&D in descending order. When the Host Airline Report Only checkbox is selected, the output is limited to markets served by the host airline, but volume and revenue numbers include competitors’ results.
6. From CS Partners: This report presents metrics related to passenger numbers and revenue from codeshare partners to the host airline. It is sorted by revenue in descending order, with a summary line at the bottom.
7. To CS Partners: This report showcases metrics related to passenger numbers and revenue from the host airline to codeshare partners. It is sorted by revenue in descending order, with a summary line at the bottom.
8. CS Connect Summary: This report provides an analysis of how revenue is distributed between the host airline and its connecting partners for all codeshare single connections. It is sorted by segment size and then by route traffic.

Analytics Reports

1. Missed Connects: Lists missed single connections by the host airline and its partners due to minimum connection time restrictions. This table is updated only when a scenario with the Missed Connections option is executed.
2. Online to Through: Demonstrates potential gains in traffic and revenue by converting specific online connections into through flights. To update this table, you need to enable the Online to Through Flight option before the model execution.
3. New Opportunities: Showcases potential markets that the host airline has yet to cater to with direct services. This table is refreshed after you run a scenario with the New Market Opportunity option.
4. Time Evaluation: Shows traffic and revenue generated by selected flights at varied timings. This, along with the Time Eval Compare table, is updated upon executing a scenario with the Flight Time Evaluation option.
5. Time Eval Compare: Compares records of optimal flight times with the original schedule, elucidating how the optimal times can enhance traffic and revenue.

Connection Reports

1. Single Connects: This table details information about all single connections, including marketing airlines, operating airlines and stations on each segment. When the Host Airline Report Only checkbox is selected, the output is limited to connections involving the host airline as either a marketing airline or an operating airline.
2. Double Connects: This table offers information about all double connections, including marketing airlines, operating airlines and stations on each segment. When the Host Airline Report Only checkbox is selected, the output is limited to connections involving the host airline as either a marketing airline or an operating airline.

For all summary reports, you can export the results into a CSV file or an Excel file using the round blue buttons located at the top right corner. There is a limit on the total lines that can be downloaded at once, depending on your contract terms. You may use the search text box to filter the table based on keywords found in any column. You may also enable the filter and sorting buttons by clicking on the action buttons behind the table title. When sorting icons appear, you can click a column to sort the table in ascending or descending order. You can also hold the Control key (Windows) or Command key (MacOS) to select multiple columns for sorting. When filter icons appear, you can open the filter window to apply rules to filter the table by specific column, either with an “and” (match all) or “or” (match any) relation for multiple keywords.
