Network Synergy For JetBlue (B6) and Spirit (NK)

JetBlue Airways and Spirit Airlines announced on July 28, 2022, that JetBlue would acquire Spirit for $3.8 billion. JetBlue expects to achieve $600-700 million in net annual synergies once the integration is complete.
