The Fligence ZIP-OD product is organized by airport. All reports under the “Location” menu are generated from the data included in your subscription — specifically, O&Ds to and from your designated area.
If you apply filters where both the origin and destination fall outside your area, the system will display the message: “No result! Please check if either the origins or the destinations are in your catchment area.”
For example, if your subscribed catchment area is centered around IND, a query such as JFK → LAX will return no results because neither airport lies within your catchment area.
